a good start to 2018

Salam.

The clock struck 12 in the midnight. The date has changed to 1st January 2018. I was hoping for an awesome, spectacular fireworks show with my housemates from our room - Level 7 but nah, all the fireworks were too small, I mean they were too far from us. Although I could barely see the fireworks from Bertam, I was excited and the whole college residents were too. I could heard girls screaming from the open windows and I was doing the same.

Early in the morning on second day of new year, sophys and I went to Blok Pensyarah to suprise Madam Dini at her room with cake from Secret Recipe and cheerful colours of balloons. The room was full and packed. Imagine all 29 persons in her small, little room 😅 Just had a chat with Madam and also took hundreds of pictures infront of the block.

After finished with the taking photos session, those who were incharge of food gather at the food court for more discussion before start preparing the food around 3 pm. Those who were given the responsibility to prepare the food for the party are Nuel, Piji, Furqon, Najeha, Natasha and I 💓 Okay, as planned, we gathered at Dewan Terbuka at 3 pm with dry and wet ingredients that were bought by the guys.

Oh, we started with making sandwiches first; cutting the tomatoes, cucumbers, mashed the eggs and adding the mayonies into the bowl. Making sandwiches are always easy (& healthy) Then we continued with making spaghetti bolognese. All the ingredients needed, checked ☑ Bila nak potong mushroom HAHAHAHAHA spoon mushrooms ha yang dibeli 😂 Adeh.

The best part of the day is when we play some games prepared by Yat, Khairi and the team. I had a good laugh. Khairi boleh pula bahan aku punya drawing art yang sepatutnya nyamuk tapi jadi rama-rama. That's what we called seni duh.
