no one will stay

These days, I feel so left out. Kawan-kawan aku semua keluar tanpa aku. Tanpa notis. Okay, once in a while, it's fine sebab aku faham. Mungkin mereka perlu their own spaces atau ada benda yang nak dibincangkan tanpa aku dengar (husnuzon). But it happened all the time. Dua orang kawan aku yang aku rapat these last few weeks pun buat benda yang sama, setelah jumpa kawan baru.

I really have no idea what should I feel.

But it's hurt. A lot.

And this is also the reason kenapa aku susah sangat nak betul-betul percaya orang. Sedangkan kawan yang dah duduk sebumbung pun mampu buat aku rasa macam ni, apatah lagi orang lain. Kan? Ke tak?

I'm writing this while trying to hold my tears (it's hard duh).

And now, everything does makes sense. No one will stay. I just need me, and the Creator. But, Alhamdulillah I should be grateful because at this moment I still have my family with me, and Fila. No one knows until when he'll stay. Tapi selagi ada, aku bersyukur dan aku appreciate sangat.

Doa-doa moga dia sentiasa ada.

complete 10/10

happy last 10 days of Ramadan!

Assalamualaikum, hi 🌿 After 3 years studying in different state from my best friends in Selangor, on 17th May I could finally meet all of them (like complete 10/10 duh!!). I feel more than happy 💚 Alhamdulillah.

It was pretty much a last minute plan. But I'm glad it turns out good, and everyone could come & enjoy the time we had together 😋 I was touched because first, despite their packed and busy schedules on friday, they tried to make time; second, some just came back from work and some from class; third, they came to KL from cyberjaya, shah alam etc (obviously aku paling jauh hahahaha).

Blackpepper Chicken Pasta!!

Everyone is busy with their current life. In a good way, of course. Mira is now working as an English teacher while waiting for degree intake. Fatin, Yan, Nurin and Afiqah are in their second semester of degree. Dayah and Qiha are struggling to finish cat-acca exams (and soon to graduate and they can start working and make money). Syasya is now taking her driving license, and learn sewing after finish diploma. She is also waiting for degree intake this September. I can't wait to see how amazing they'll be in 5 more years. May Aida be as amazing as other people out there, nice to people, take good care of her parents, be more confident and love herself more. Aamiin 😊

Thanks gais for the amazing time 🌻 For the first time in 9 years of friendship (official year as a gang), I was the centre of attention where every pair of eyes were looking at me, waiting for my story. Haha. Well, y'know what story: the Fila guy story etc. It all started because I posted his photo on my instastory and everyone was like Who is this guy sebab aku nak post gambar muka sendiri pun jarang, apatah lagi gambar orang. Jadi orang lain kecoh sikit lah 😂

Well, we took hundreds (or maybe thousands) of pictures that night hahahaha and I'm glad we did sebab gambar jelah yang aku boleh tengok balik kalau rindu :')

my 2019 ramadan goals

Already passed third week of Ramadhan 🌿 How's your Imaan, sisters? Mine hmm am still in the process of fixing it insyaAllah please pray for me ya!! 🌼

For the third year in a row, aku masih tak dapat sambut first day puasa dengan family. Huhu issokayy moga ada peluang tahun seterusnya 😉 I've shared my ramadan goals with my special one masa awal ramadan so, lemme share it here as well. Hehe.

Here goes my top 5 #ramadangoals this year:

Khatam Quran.
Tak miss Tarawih ramadan tahun ni unless uzur hm biasalah perempuan. Kalau tak dapat buat kat masjid/surau, buat dekat rumah pun okay.
Pakai handsock hari-hari even kalau keluar masa weekend pun. Sekarang kan tengah on off huhu harap dapat istiqamah sampai bila-bila.
Tak dengar lagu kpop & tengok k-drama sepanjang bulan puasa ni.
Ok ni last hehe nak turunkan berat sampai 47kg atau 48kg 😋

Moga aku dapat capai semuanya, insyaAllah amin.

Minggu ni, tiga hari berturut-turut Fila muncul dalam mimpi aku. Tak pernah lagi aku mimpi orang yang sama lebih dari sehari. Boleh dikatakan mimpi tu mimpi indah. Bangun pagi rasa happy semacam. Haha. Rasa hati bunga-bunga lah gitu. Hidup tak semestinya indah selalu orang kata. Huhu. Malam terakhir tu, hm mimpi sedih dan menakutkan. Aku menangis sungguh dalam mimpi tu. Menangis dan merayu supaya Fila tak pergi tinggalkan aku.

Sedihnya.

Takut sungguh aku. Mana pernah aku suka orang banyak dan se-serious ni. Itu lah kot puncanya kenapa dia muncul dalam mimpi tanpa diundang. Huhu.

diary of internship | Manufacturing Pharmacy / Galenikal

Ps:/ this post was intended to be posted on 26th October 2018 but hahaha procrastination 🤭

Alhamdulillah yey habis dah attachment kat galenikal after 4 weeks!!! 💃
As for this unit, galenikal dibahagikan kepada 2 bahagian; lotion & cream.

Routine setiap pagi mesti pukul 8 pagi dah ada kat luar in patient pharmacy dan bila semua yang attach kat galenikal (uitm, picoms, kskb) dah ada, barulah cikman & kak pija akan suruh gerak naik ward sambil tolak trolly besar (taklah besar sangat tapi muat gak untuk 3/4 orang duduk). Naik ward setiap aras and collect bakul floor stock. Kalau nurse dah indent (order ubat) awal-awal, Alhamdulillah cepat la boleh selesai tapi kalau nurse terlupa (biasa la nurse kan banyak kerja jugak kita kena faham), kita tunggu lah sekejap. Masuk ward kanak-kanak, pre/postnatal, orthopedic lelaki dan perempuan, mata, penyakit berjangkit (ni ambik bakul yang nurse dah letak kat pagar je) etc.

I would always masuk ward cepat cepat sebab nak pergi ward postnatal (GB and GC). Ada banyak baby comel!!!! 👶🏻 kadang kita nak tengok baby tapi masatu ibu tengah menyusu jadi diorang pandang pelik gak la macam kita ni pervert ha padahal aku terlebih excited tengok baby 😂😂 sorry akak, aunty sekalian 🙇🏻‍♀ kalau ward kanak kanak tu kelakar jugak la sebabnya budak kecik duk sibuk main atas katil tapi mak-mak yang tertidur dalam katil berpagar 😂

Kalau pergi ambil bakul floor stock ni, orang yang incharge setiap aras akan naik dulu (guna lif) pastu akan collect dari tingkat atas sekali ke tingkat bawah (guna tangga) ya ampun pagi pagi dah berlecak ketiak hm bagus 🙂 selalunya naik turun ward tu akan ambil masa dalam 30 mins kalau takde masalah apa apa.

Lepas je habis collect bakul bakul ubat, kitorang akan buat floor stock (supply ubat-ubat kat ward mengikut kuantiti yang setiap ward dah indent dalam buku) 📖 at first, susah jugak sebab nak kena follow exchange basis (EB) tapi okay jelah sebab masa orientation week tu dah pernah belajar.

Lotion:
Lepas selesai buat floor stock, selalunya dalam pukul 9 pagi dah start basuh amber glass bottles & isi balik semua botol kosong tu dengan povidone, chlorhexidine etc. Lepas siap isi, tampal expired date, tulis dalam buku lotion & baru lah akan start buat kerja lain. Selama aku kat lotion, banyak jugakla yang aku pernah buat/repack antaranya sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, chlorhexidine 1:200 in alcohol, mist expectorant dan banyak lagi. Fun giler la sebab buat benda baru kan hehe 😋

Pernah satu masa nak buat mist expectorant (ubat batuk), first of all mestilah kena sediakan bahan kan? Masa kak jas tanya siapa nak ambik ammonium aku perh kemain semangat nak pergi amik pastu orang lain pulak semua cakap goodluck. Aku pelik gak la pahal wish goodluck kan. Masa bukak bekas ammonium tu - weyyyyy pebenda ni gila?!??! HAHAHAHA sakit, perit, pedih semua ada. Huhu sian mata, hidung aku 😢

Banyak kali jugak aku prepack sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride etc. Nak kena timbang satu-satu yang jenuh tu. Tapi okay je hehehe sebab kerja relax jadi aku seronok le 😋

Cream:
Dekat sini pulak akan buat & repack bermacam-macam jenis cream dan ointment contohnya methyl salicylate ointment, sunscreen, aqueous cream, bvc 1:10, bvc 1:4, bvc 1:2 dan banyak lagi untuk disenaraikan. Aku masih ingat hari pertama dah kena repack 700 bekas methyl salicylate ointment (LMS), ubat sapu yang panas tu. Kejung tangan dan bontot dibuatnya dari pagi sampai ke petang.

Apa yang best dekat bahagian cream ni adalah dapat banyak sangat buat cream, sunscreen hehehe rasa macam main masak-masak sebab guna electric stove, ada mixer semua tu. Acah acah chef gituwww 👩‍🍳

Here goes paperworks for the creams:

Setiap hari rabu & jumaat selalunya dalam pukul 3 petang kitorang akan pergi stor integrasi untuk buat floor stock IV drips (normal saline, -) mengikut jumlah indent setiap ward. Selalunya kerja-kerja angkat kotak IV drips atau barang berat akan dibuat oleh lelaki tapi aku cam Ha lantak la kat rumah aku angkat besi ok je luls. Degil, biasalah. Ada masa sikit sangat kotak, ada masa banyak sangat lah pulak sampai tak cukup tempat nak menyusunnya.

Kat sini (galenikal) tak risau sangat sebab semua orangnya baik baik. Dari pegawai sampailah ke staf am. Selalu belanja makan itu makan ini, tolong macam macam lagi :") madam pulak tersangat lembut, sir wengkai yang pendiam tapi cute ala-ala lee jongsuk (hahaha), sir huzairi yang pemurah, kak jas yang asyik melawak dan cikman yang asyik duk sebut pasal kang daniel 😂
