Now it's november, and another milestone for HAHT, we have not one but 13 therapists and interventionist across KL, Selangor, Perak and Kelantan alhamdulillah. So far alhamdulillah I'm so happy to receive good feedbacks from parents regarding our therapists. Mana yang bagus tu alhamdulillah, mana yang kurang baik servicenya kita monitor, advice before change to another therapist ikut pada parents punya permintaan.
To handle 13 professional therapists and interventionist, honestly it's not easy. Well, there's nothing easy pun to start with. Tapi every day is a learning process for me. To be better. Kadang tu pening tau, still manageable walaupun kadang nak botak kepala duk fikir. I still work 7 days a week, even more now. 24/7 working hahaha. 5 days as an OT myself, 2 days as an admin/hr/accountant/social media content (sometimes depending on my free time ><) and 1 day as a student. I am thinking of hiring someone else for admin and hr tapi tulah next year insyaAllah.
Semoga impian untuk buka centre in 1-3 years from now tercapai aamiin!! Doakan yeeee korang
